Returns
Returns are not accepted under any circumstance for non-damaged goods. If an item has been damaged in transit please email photos of the damaged product, after assessment, I will reach out with a replacement or an alternative solution. International orders will have to cover the additional shipping cost.
Shipping
Fulfillment is handled in-house and will generally ship within 3-5 business days of placing your order. However, order processing time may be extended due to holidays or emergencies.
Customers will receive a tracking number by email when their orders ship. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if items are returned for any reason.
If the tracking page marks your order as “Delivered” but it has not arrived, don't hesitate to get in touch with your local post office or USPS. Please note, once your order is dropped off at the post office I am not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit, and those orders cannot be replaced or refunded.
International Customers
I primarily ship via Global Post. The tracking number you receive will not update until it arrives in the destination country. Please allow at least 1 to 2 weeks for the tracking number to update before contacting me. If the tracking still has not updated after 2 weeks please email me and I can look into it.
International shipments have an estimated transit time of 7-21 days, and can often take longer depending on the destination and carrier service. That being said, I have never had any issues with international customers getting their orders safely. <3
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees and any additional customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees cannot be determined in advance and are not covered in the price of international shipping.
Once your order is confirmed as shipped by the carrier, I cannot be held responsible for any items lost in international transit. Packages lost in international transit cannot be replaced or refunded. There are NO returns or exchanges on any international orders.
Change of Address
If you checked out with an incorrect or old address, please inform me as soon as possible. I will only be able to update the address if the package has not yet shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do! There should be a shipping option for your country, if you do not see it please reach out to me via email.
My order was returned to sender, what do I do?
If your package is returned to sender, I will contact you via email to see if you would like your package re-shipped to an updated address, however, you will need to pay any additional shipping fees. If you do not want it re-shipped, or if I do not receive a response within 5 business days, I will refund the order, minus the shipping costs.
My order hasn’t arrived / my order says it was delivered but it isn’t here, what do I do?
Unfortunately, once your order is picked up by the carrier I am not responsible for any lost or missing packages due to so many variables that are out of my control. Refunds/ replacements are not offered if an item is lost by the carrier. Please contact your local post office for help if you suspect your order has been lost or stolen.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time I am not wholesaling my tarot decks internationally. For shops in the USA that are interested in carrying The Void Tarot, I am not wholesaleing them unless you are interested in carrying my other products as well.
Do you do commissions?
At this point, I am not taking commissions. But I appreciate you thinking of me!
Can I get one of your pieces as a tattoo?
If you would like to get an existing piece of mine tattooed, I am honored and you have my consent. But please support my artwork by purchasing this tattoo voucher. and please properly credit any tattoos of my work to me. Send me photos or tag me on IG. I would love to see them!
Can I have a product in exchange for a social media post?
I do not gift products in exchange for advertisements but thank you for your interest.
THE VOID TAROT FAQ
When will The Void Tarot be re-stocked?
I announce re-stocks via my Instagram and my newsletter, you can sign up at the bottom of the home page. I only release small batches of tarot decks at a time but I am consistently re-stocking so make sure to follow my IG because that is where I will post updates the most consistently!
WHEN WILL THE COLORED-EDGE TAROT DECKS BE RE-STOCKED?
The Red & Black colored-edge tarot decks are released in very limited batches because they take a long time to produce. Any re-stocks will be announced via my Instagram and newsletter.
How are the edges colored?
The edges are colored using an alcohol-based artist’s pen and each edge of the individual card is carefully colored by me and by hand.
